Bronze

Maintenance agreement for low use lifts, where you donā€™t need LOLER and prefer to pay for parts and labour yourself. Includes: 2 service visits per year, lubrication of drive components, cleaning of pit and platform and discount on parts and labour.

Bronze +

Maintenance agreement for low use lifts, where you need LOLER but prefer to pay for parts and labour yourself. Includes:Ā 2 service visits per year, 2 LOLER inspections & certificates, lubrication of drive components, cleaning of pit and platform and discount on parts and labour.

Silver4

Maintenance agreement for mid to high use lifts, where you donā€™t need LOLER and prefer to pay for parts and labour yourself. Includes: 4 service visits per year, lubrication of drive components, cleaning of pit and platform and discount on parts and labour.

Silver4 +

Maintenance agreement for mid to high use lifts, where you need LOLER but prefer to pay for parts and labour yourself. Includes: 4 service visits per year, 2 LOLER inspections & certificates, lubrication of drive components, cleaning of pit and platform and discount on parts and labour.

Gold

Fully comprehensive package for high use lifts. Includes:Ā 4 service visits per year, 2 LOLER inspections & certificates, lubrication of drive components, cleaning of pit and platform, parts & labour, call outs (during office hours), call outs attended within 24 hours (best endeavour).

Platinum

A bespoke maintenance agreement tailored to your requirements, with service visits and LOLER frequency at your specification. Includes: your choice of service visit frequency per year, your choice of LOLER inspection frequency per year, lubrication of drive components, cleaning of pit and platform, discount on parts and labour. Includes: 2 service visits per year (with a 50 point check), oil and consumables free of charge (as required), with access to our out of hours 24/7 emergency phone line, priority response over non-contract customers, providing call outs, parts and training sessions at a reduced rate, as well as offering any advice on changes required by the law, regulations or recommendations.

Enhanced

Includes: 2 service visits per year (with a 50 point check), oil, consumables, labour and call outs free of charge (excluding vandalism, force majeure, misuse or where unauthorised persons have worked on the lift. Please note glass is excluded from the provisions of the warranty). Access to our out of hours 24/7 emergency phone line, priority response over non-contract customers, providing call outs, parts and training sessions at a reduced rate, as well as offering any advice on changes required by the law, regulations or recommendations.

Fully Comprehensive
